Phoenix Protective Services Limited (PPSL) is one of the leading locally-owned security services providers with the expertise and resources to respond to all your security needs.
PPSL was established by Mr Claude Valentine, a respected leader with over thirty (30) years of professional training and experience in the security industry. Mr Valentine is the epitome of excellence having received international accolades for his performance in advanced firearm training; canine security training, as evidenced from his training in Belgium, Holland, Germany and Yugoslavia. He also earned certifications in public relations and customer service training from the Butler Institute; and security training under the auspicious Former ACP Albert Peters (Dec.) at the Police Training College. Mr Valentine has used these opportunities to shape the vision for PPSL.
Mr Valentine’s outstanding accomplishments and experiences locally, regionally and internationally has allowed PPSL and its staff to confidently perform with distinction and professionalism as is expected of security service professionals. Although the management and staff of PPSL have evolved, Mr Valenine continues to maintain the portfolio as Chairman of the Board of Directors, founder and owner of PPSL. His values and dedication to the Trinidad and Tobago Security Sector have emanated throughout the team at PPSL and set the standard for the company's leadership excellence noted today.
PPSL continues to maintain its stellar reputation as a reliable security service provider. Our commitment to global best practices has empowered us to exceed the expectations of our clients locally and remain an invaluable part of their security strategy. Mrs Tricia Dare-Williams currently serves as CEO of PPSL.

Mrs Dare-Williams has over 20 years of experience in the area of Security Operations and has held several leadership roles during her tenure in the private security services industry.
Her educational attributes include a Masters of Business Administration in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Anglia Ruskin University (expected completion April, 2022); a Diploma in Security Administration & Management from Cipriani College of Labour & Co-operative Studies and an Advanced Management Certificate from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business.
Mrs. Dare-Williams, also has specialized training in protection management; access control systems and canines (Belgium & Trinidad).
